This Policy is intended to summarize BlossomUp®’s refund and chargeback practices in a clear and customer-friendly way. Your use of BlossomUp®’s website, products, services, subscriptions, and purchases remains governed by our Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control, except where applicable law gives you additional rights or requires a different result.
Subscription Refunds
- Premium Report Fee ($1.95): The $1.95 fee for test results is non-refundable for all users since you get immediate access to digital content. For EEA/UK users, you agree to this at checkout, waiving your fourteen (14) day withdrawal right for this fee (but not subscriptions).
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days.
- Specific Refund Rights:
- California: If you cancel within three (3) business days of the subscription start date, you’ll get a refund for subscription charges (e.g., $29.95) paid.
- EEA/UK: You can withdraw within fourteen (14) days for a subscription refund.
- Others: Refunds may be offered at our discretion or as required by law (e.g., if services don’t meet legal standards). Request refunds within seven (7) days of purchase (14 days for EEA/UK) by submitting a request to our Support Team via our Help Center with details (e.g., transaction info, reason).
Chargebacks
- Contact Us First: To resolve issues quickly, please request a refund directly from us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Submit a support ticket via our Help Center, or by emailing us directly at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and complicate dispute processes.
- Unauthorized Charges: Report unauthorized transactions within sixty (60) days, or 13 months for EEA/UK users, to [email protected]. We’ll work with you and your bank to fix it.
- Our Rights: We may contest chargebacks if we believe services were delivered (e.g., you received test results or subscription access).
