Important Notice About This Policy
This Policy is intended to summarize BlossomUp®’s subscription and cancellation practices in a clear and customer-friendly way. Your use of BlossomUp®’s website, products, services, subscriptions, and purchases remains governed by our Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control, except where applicable law gives you additional rights or requires a different result.
Payments and Subscriptions
- How Payments Work: When you purchase a service, e.g. a $1.95 premium test report or a $29.95/month subscription, you’ll provide a payment method, e.g. credit card, which we securely store to process charges. You’ll see all costs, including recurring charges, before confirming your purchase.
- Discounted Trials: Subscriptions may start with a seven (7) day discounted trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged the subscription fee, e.g. $29.95/month, starting on day eight (8). Access to a premium test report during the trial costs a one-time $1.95 fee, separate from the subscription.
- Promotions: Discounted offers, e.g. special pricing, end as specified, then revert to standard rates unless you cancel.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly, or as specified, unless canceled. You’re responsible for any taxes, e.g. sales tax, VAT, based on your location.
- Price Changes: If we change subscription prices, we’ll notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance. You can cancel if you don’t agree.
Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the My Account cancellation option on the Site or by contacting our Support Team via our Help Center. Where you cancel via email, a confirmation email with a cancellation number will be sent.
- When Access Ends: During discounted trials or promotions, access stops immediately upon cancellation. Otherwise, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, e.g. monthly cycle.

Special Cancellation Rights:
- California Residents: You can cancel within three (3) business days, excluding Sundays/holidays, from signup by sending a signed, dated notice to [email protected].
- EEA/UK Residents: You have fourteen (14) days from signup to withdraw from subscriptions by requesting via our Privacy Policy page.
- Other Areas: Some states may offer additional cancellation periods, e.g. 3-7 days.
